People are encouraged to get 360 feedback from others at work and people in their personal life.
The assessment data creates a unique (and shareable) Personality Passport aligned to the big 5 OCEAN personality framework.

Access a Netflix-like library of bite-sized personal development content mapped to their unique Personality Passport.
PERSONA data is aggregated as a personality analytics platform:
